Clinical Informatics Exam Description
Certification in Clinical Informatics is a joint and equal function of the ABPath and the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM).
- Applications using practice/experience in lieu of training will be accepted through 2025.
- Examinations are administered by the American Board of Preventive Medicine at Pearson VUE Professional Test Centers.
- ABPath Diplomates/Candidates for the Clinical Informatics exam must apply/register with the ABPath.
- ABPath diplomates cannot apply/register for the Clinical Informatics exam wtih ABPM.
